The two-roller system guarantees optimal turning of the pig and gentle and thorough dehairing.
During dehairing, the bristles are flung against the lid and fall into the bristle catcher. This also serves as a filter for the brewing water, whereby the bristles retain the dirt residues in the water and clean the brewing water.
