The end product has a uniform thickness and stays juicy when you fry it. The machine is fast, efficient and flattens up to 800 steaks per hour.
The thickness of the end product is controllable. The machine is equipped with a stepless thickness adjustment with the range of 1,0 – 30,0 mm.
The work area is completely enclosed to ensure the safety of the worker.
