Entire press in stainless steel, shapely and easy to clean design, side walls, press bottom and casing. Very solid welded construction. Hydraulic pressing device with side-mounted cylinders hygienically closed with a casing.

Application:
Raw product is lined up piece by piece between press rails and piled up in layers until the press is filled. With our presses you can achieve a smooth and square shape of the meat in combination with the adjustable pressing rails, because the adjustable pressing rails always adjust to the height of the pressed product.
