Mode of operation:
The meat to be pressed is lined up piece by piece between pressing rails and piled up in layers until the press is filled. With our presses, in combination with the adjustable pressing rails, you can achieve a nice smooth and square final shape of the meat, as the adjustable pressing rails always adjust to the height of the pressed product.
